Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another provider we designate. You’re responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Refunds & Guarantees

Membership Commitment. Memberships normally carry a 12‑month minimum term (unless stated otherwise on the specific offer page). You may cancel after that term with at least 15 days’ written notice before your next billing date. Early cancellations made before the commitment period ends require payment of the remaining balance or may forfeit access to future content and bonuses, at our discretion.

Proceedings will take place in Pinal County, Arizona, unless we mutually agree otherwise. Each party waives the right to file a lawsuit in court (except for small‑claims) or to participate in a class action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
