1. Who We Are

Lady Horse Boss LLC (“Lady Horse Boss,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates LadyHorseBoss.com from our home base in Arizona. We help horse‑loving women grow their skills, confidence, and life through courses, coaching, community, and events.

2. The Data We Collect

No kids: We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13, and our services target adult horse enthusiasts in the U.S.

3. Why We Use Your Data

• Fulfill a contract – process payments, ship products, deliver coaching and membership benefits.
• Legitimate interests – improve our site, personalize content, run ads only for people likely to care.
• Consent – send newsletters, tips, and offers you’ve asked for (unsubscribe anytime).
• Legal obligations – tax records, fraud prevention, Arizona & federal consumer laws.

4. Third‑Party Service Providers

We do not “sell” your personal information for money or favors under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

5. Cookies & Tracking Tech

We use three kinds of cookies:

1. Essential – site security, shopping cart, login.
2. Analytics – understand what content helps you most (Google Analytics).

Your data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. Back‑end storage and payment processing rely on GoHighLevel’s and Stripe’s industry‑standard safeguards (encryption at rest, role‑based access controls, routine security reviews). No method is 100 % foolproof, but we work hard to protect your information.

9. Data Breach Response

If we ever discover a breach that exposes your personal data, we will:

1. Investigate immediately and secure the system.
2. Notify affected users by email and, if required by Arizona Revised Statutes § 18‑552, the Arizona Attorney General within 45 days of discovery.
3. Provide recommended steps you can take to protect yourself.
4. Co‑operate with law‑enforcement and any relevant regulators.

10. International Transfers

Our servers and service providers are U.S.‑based. If you access LadyHorseBoss.com from overseas, you consent to sending your information to the United States.

11. Changes to This Policy

We’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top when we revise this notice. Material changes will be highlighted for at least 30 days. Continued use of the site after those changes means you accept the new terms.
